Categories on our site have been used to organise our products, making it easy for our customers to locate what they need. If there is something you cannot find then try using the SEARCH box at the top of the page.


We have tried to place as much information as we can on our website to help you make an informed decison about our products and services. At the top and bottom of each page are links to information pages on everything from trade orders to washing instructions. These are updated regularly. If there is something that is missing then please email us on sales@subzero.co.uk and we will get the information over to you.


Some of our products have different variations, such as size and colour. You will not be able to place an item in to your basket if you do not click on the required variation choices.


On the top right hand side of every page there is a shopping basket called 'MY BASKET'. This shows how many units are in your basket and their cost. If you click on the box it will take you to a more detailed order page. You will also be able to check-out form this page.


Each product listing will show the stock levels in green under the retail price. This is automatically updated.


In each category the thumbnail image of the product will either say IN STOCK or OUT OF STOCK. If we know when it will be back in stock we will also add the in-stock date to the listing. With products that have multiple variations (colour,size) then the in and out of stock will be shown when you click on your required variations.


To redeem a Sub Zero Store voucher code place everything you want in your basket and then go to checkout. To the left of the order total can be found a text box. Type in your voucher code here and click on 'REDEEM' to the right of the box. This will apply the discount code to your order.


During certain months we may offer a free gift if a certain order total is reached. When a free gift promotion is active a red text box under 'My Shopping Bag' at the top of the page will be present. This will tell you how much you need to spend to receive the gift. If your order total is enough for a free gift then the text box will ask you to 'click here' to place it in your order free of charge.


When your order is complete and you want to pay for it you have two options, either set-up an account with us or check-out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to store past orders and makes re-ordering simpler. It also allows us to send you special offers and newsletters by email. If you just want to check-out quickly then the guest option is the easiest. The only downside is that no information is stored so you will have to insert your data again when re-ordering.


This is just another term for paying. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as paypal. We use a third party payment provider called Sagepay (PROTX) to process our payments.
