The body is manufactured from lightweight impact resistant plastic with an IPX6 weatherproof rating. To switch between the torch mode and the lantern mode, the plastic globe outer case just slides up and down. Controlling On/Off of the light is via the rubberised button on the side of the main body, whilst the adjustable carry strap can be personalised for different holding/hanging situations.
