Lost Parcels
Our stanadard UK parcel carrier is Royal Mail. We send all parcels under 4kg by First Class post unless an alternative service is specified on the order. This service is usually very reliable, with the vast majority of parcels arriving within 1-2 working days of posting.However, the postal service is not perfect and some parcels can take longer to be delivered. In fact, Royal Mails terms and conditions state that a First Class parcel can take up to 15 working days to be delivered. If your parcel has not arrived after 15 days then it is officially classed by Royal Mail as being lost.
When a Royal Mail parcel is lost we will either process a full refund to your account or send out a replacement, the choice is yours. We will make a claim for the loss from Royal Mail so they may be in contact to confirm details of the loss.
