Sub Zero Soft Merino Wool Thermal Gloves are knitted using the same whole body seamless machines that knit Sub Zero Merino wool thermal underwear. These thermal gloves are manufactured from the highest quality New Zealand Merino wool making them extremely soft and very warm. The addition of Lycra means that they recover well after being stretched and washed, providing a snug fit to most hand shapes.
*These gloves are manufactured wholly on one knitting machine, so there are no seams or additional finishing stitching required. The trickiest part of this process is construction around the thumbs, which is why they are not as well covered as over parts of the glove – some people think these are holes but there are just less stitches in the construction. If we tightened up this area to give a fuller fabric weight then thumb movement would be severely restricted.
