These thermals are ideal for keeping your children warm on cold winter days. The fabric has a fleece inner fabric face that is extremely soft and comfortable next to the skin. The range is currently only avilable in 2 styles, long sleeve and short sleeve, and in a limited range of colours: black, white and navy.

We have been developing this new range of seamless thermal underwear for over 3 years and have just released the full range in the UK after successful trials with our customers in Europe and the Far East. The range utilises the same yarn as our popular Factor 1 range but is knitted on a electronic individual needle selection machines. The benefit of using these machines is that we can build in technological features seamlessly such as rib zones for muscle support and mesh zones for increased perspiration removal. As with the rest of Sub Zero thermal ranges we have impreganted a hydrophilic treatment in to the fabric fibres during the finishing process for advanced wicking.

For the 2009 winter season we have redesigned our Factor 2 range of midlayer thermals. The long sleeve and zip turtle tops have beeen contoured along the length of the body to provide a much snugger fit. We have added a drop back to avoid lower back exposure and added thumb holds near the cuffs. The zip turtle now has a soft fabric baffle behind the zip to prevent wind penetration. The long john (with fly) and bloo john leggings have also been contoured in the legs so they provide a much more tailored fit. We have removed the double fleece ankle cuff and replaced it with a much lower profile hemmed finish that will reduce boot and shoe pressure.
